Services are provided subject to separate written agreements between Smart Brains BPO and its clients. These Terms of Service apply to website usage and general interactions.

• Service fees, payment terms, and billing cycles are defined in individual client agreements
• Performance metrics and quality standards are outlined in applicable SLAs
• Either party may terminate services per the terms of the signed agreement
• Smart Brains BPO complies with all applicable telemarketing laws including TCPA, DNC regulations, and relevant insurance regulations

8. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of business, confidential information may be exchanged. Smart Brains BPO is committed to:

• Protecting all client data and business information with appropriate security measures
• Limiting access to confidential information on a need-to-know basis
• Not disclosing client information to unauthorized third parties
• Complying with HIPAA requirements when handling health insurance related data
• Maintaining confidentiality obligations that survive termination of agreements

9. Disclaimers & Limitations
